Chinook Days Winter Carnival at Big Hill • Saturday 1/15
Celebrate Chinook Days at Big Hill from 10:00am-2:00pm at the Winter Carnival.
Activities for everyone of all ages. This is a family friendly event.
Activities include: group rides, winter games, and free equipment demos.
Bring your snowshoes, cross country skies, snow boots, fat bikes and winter gear.
Food provided by: Killians

Gather at Crow Peak Brewery at 5:00pm, launch at 5:30pm

Chinook Days Snow Sculptures• Friday 1/21 • 1pm-4pm
Chinook Days Snow Sculptures at the Matthews Opera House
Event takes place throughout downtown Spearfish from 1-4pm.
This is a free event for anyone to join.
First come, first serve! Grab one of the many tables throughout downtown Spearfish on Main Street.

The Big Freeze: A Winter Sports Bash! • Friday 1/21 • 5pm-10pm
The Barn at Aspen Acres in coordination with Chinook Days Presents: The Big Freeze: A Winter Sports Bash!
Admission: $10 at the door
This winter sports celebration will include:

- Mad Mountain Adventures
- and other local businesses!
Local pop-up shops, games + giveaways, plus a silent art auction featuring all Black Hills based artists, a tap take-over by Sawyer Brewing50/50 Raffle supporting the Northern Hills Amateur Hockey Association, a Winter Film Festival featuring Patagonia Films* and an all-ages Black Light Dance Party with DJ Marek

Location: Lookout Amphitheater (Passion Play Parking lot)
Fire lighting is at 5:00pm
Multiple local bands, with the headliner Buffalo Galaxy taking the stage at 6:00pm
Individual beer and wine sales, and food trucks.
Donations welcome – proceeds support: Spread the Tunes, Nordic Club, GAS and Chinook Days.
